LuckyWin Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Introduction

Welcome to LuckyWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and LuckyWin ("LuckyWin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luckywin-app.net.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the LuckyWin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the LuckyWin platform.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment transactions, VIP Club benefits, and any other service offered through LuckyWin. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and LuckyWin.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use a LuckyWin account you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LuckyWin operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or play.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be acting as an individual player, not as a representative of a business or on behalf of another person.
• You must not be self-excluded from LuckyWin or from gambling more broadly under a formal self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of LuckyWin.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one LuckyWin account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information LuckyWin may request for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. LuckyWin will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your password confidential.

LuckyWin uses the mobile number provided at registration as the primary account identifier. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification before they are processed.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on LuckyWin are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by LuckyWin. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page or as part of a specific promotion.

LuckyWin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card. All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

• Deposits are credited to your LuckyWin wallet immediately for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay transactions.
• Bank IBFT deposits typically clear within 2–10 minutes, subject to your bank's processing time.
• Card deposits are subject to the processing time of the issuing bank and may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases.
• LuckyWin does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges which LuckyWin has no control over.

LuckyWin reserves the right to place a deposit on hold pending identity verification if the transaction triggers a security flag. You will be notified by support if this occurs and given clear instructions for completing verification.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from LuckyWin are processed in PKR to the account holder's own verified payment method only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for standard accounts, though larger withdrawals may be subject to enhanced identity verification before processing.

Withdrawal processing times at LuckyWin are as follows:

• Standard accounts: Within 15 minutes of request approval
• VIP Gold / Platinum: Within 8–10 minutes
• VIP Diamond: Within 5 minutes
• VIP Elite: Within 3 minutes

Before your first withdrawal, LuckyWin will require basic KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves confirming your identity with a valid CNIC or passport. This is a one-time process and is required for all players regardless of tier level. LuckyWin aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of document submission during business days.

Any active bonus balance in your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be deducted from the withdrawable amount if the wagering requirement for that bonus has not been met. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your LuckyWin wallet dashboard.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

LuckyWin offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and game-specific promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the promotion detail page and must be read before claiming.

The following general rules apply to all LuckyWin bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are valid for one claim per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10×) applied to the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Live casino games and certain card games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets. You cannot choose to wager real money while a bonus is active.
• Bonuses that are not used or wagered within their validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7. VIP Club Terms

The LuckyWin VIP Club operates across five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite — each with progressively higher benefits including weekly cashback, faster withdrawals, higher limits, and exclusive tournaments.

VIP tier eligibility is determined by monthly wagering points, where 1 point is earned for every Rs 100 wagered across any LuckyWin game. Tier progress is reviewed on a monthly basis. Current tier status is maintained for a rolling 3-month window — if your monthly wagering falls below your current tier threshold, your status is held for two additional months before a tier review is initiated.

The weekly VIP cashback operates as follows:

• Net losses from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 PKT are calculated each week.
• The applicable cashback percentage for your tier is applied to that net loss figure.
• The resulting PKR amount is credited to your LuckyWin wallet by Monday morning.
• VIP cashback carries a 1× wagering requirement — equivalent to placing one bet of the same value before withdrawal.

LuckyWin reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and programme structure with 30 days' notice to affected members. Material changes to the VIP Club are communicated by account notification and email.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game category on LuckyWin — live casino, card games, crash games, Ludo, and sports betting — operates under its own set of game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By participating in any game on LuckyWin, you confirm you understand the applicable rules and accept the game's mechanics and outcomes.

All software-based games on LuckyWin use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified. Outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player, LuckyWin employee, or third party. For live casino games, outcomes are determined by the physical actions of a live dealer in a broadcast studio — card dealing, roulette wheel spin, and so on — and are equally outside the influence of any party.

In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game round, the following applies:

• If a bet was placed and confirmed before the fault, LuckyWin will settle the round based on the best available data. Where settlement is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to your wallet.
• If a fault occurs before a bet is confirmed, no deduction is made from your balance.
• LuckyWin maintains game logs for all rounds. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant round via the support channel.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LuckyWin and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to participate in games or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players in games where player-vs-player competition is a factor.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or display glitches for financial gain. Any such exploits must be reported to LuckyWin support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the LuckyWin platform or its game content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or LuckyWin staff members through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from a payment account that does not belong to you.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

LuckyWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: suspected fraud, prohibited conduct as defined above, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or provision of false registration information.

When a standard account is closed by LuckyWin for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Where closure is a result of proven misconduct, LuckyWin reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting LuckyWin support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be completed before the account is closed.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from LuckyWin. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months and requires a formal re-activation request after that period.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the LuckyWin platform or its content without prior written authorisation from LuckyWin. Unauthorised use of LuckyWin intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

LuckyWin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuckyWin shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from interrupted internet connectivity, device failure, or power outages on your end during a game session.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate odds or game information displayed due to a technical error, where the error was not caused by LuckyWin's negligence.
• Losses incurred through unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use or inability to use the LuckyWin platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for LuckyWin's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are the complete and entire agreement between you and LuckyWin in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements between the parties.

If you have a dispute with LuckyWin regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, the correct first step is to contact LuckyWin support via live chat or email at support@luckywin-app.net with full details of the issue, including game name, time, and round reference where applicable. LuckyWin aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days of receipt.

LuckyWin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email and/or account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
